Fees
Fees are exempted of VAT. Exo (art. 44 1.s) of Luxembourg VAT law.
Online Registration
You will always receive a confirmation of your booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow an on-line registration and in the subsequent business days a complete confirmation will follow once your registration has been processed by our secretariat.
If you do not receive anything, please send an e-mail to magali.martin@uni.lu to make sure that we have received your booking.
Payment
If possible, please use the on-line payment opportunity while registering for the event you want to attend. Otherwise, payments, net of all bank costs, should be made to:

Collective remittances should always be accompanied by a list of names.
Participants' Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time, by advising the Event Secretariat magali.martin@uni.lu by written notice of any change of name. The replacement's registration fee will be subject to pricing based on his/her registration type (e.g. membership status).
Cancellations should be sent by written notice to the Event Secretariat. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 2 days before the event.
Data Protection
The service provider and processes personal data (name, e-mail address, function, company, place of work) as part of registrations and participation in events organized on behalf of the University of Luxembourg, as well as for transmission information on future activities, only when the registrant consents. Participants have the option to withdraw this consent at any time. This personal information is collected only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purpose. Measures to securely treat personal data confidentially are in place and this information is not disclosed to third parties. . Personal information is not kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.
Liability and Insurance
The Organisers will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event. The participants are recommended to arrange their personal travel and health insurance.
Applicable Laws and Competence
If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the Luxembourg's juridiction.
