Online Registration
You will always receive a confirmation of your booking. An automatic reply will immediately follow an on-line registration and in the subsequent business days a complete confirmation will follow once your registration has been processed by our secretariat. 
If you do not receive anything, please send an e-mail to snt-events@uni.lu to make sure that we have received your booking.

Data Protection
The Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust at the University of Luxembourg (hereafter ‘SnT’) is collecting and processing your Personal Data in the framework of your registration and your participation in its Partnership Day 2019 which will be held at Casino 2000 on 4 June 2019 (hereafter the “Event”), and the communication of its future activities. The personal data processed are the following: (name, email address, position, company, workplace) in order to allow the SnT to proceed with your registration and to keep you up-to-date about future SnT activities. SnT processes your personal information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose stated.

During the registration process your personal data is being collected and processed on the LD Organisation Luxembourg website. You can find information on their privacy policy here. SnT declines any responsibility for the measures implemented by LD Organisation Luxembourg and any processing of personal data done by LD Organisation Luxembourg, which is a third party.

SnT also uses Mailchimp for communications relating to its activities. This may involve the transfer of personal data to countries which do not offer the same level of protection as the European Union regarding data protection rules. You can find information on their website within their privacy policy. The SnT declines any responsibility for the measures implemented by Mailchimp and any processing of personal data done by Mailchimp which is a third party.

Your participation in the Event is on a voluntary basis and you can withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by emailing snt-events@uni.lu.

SnT has put in place measures to process your personal data securely in a confidential manner and will not divulge this information to third parties. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data. You can exercise this right by contacting the communications department at snt-comm@uni.lu. You can also contact our Data Protection Officer by sending an email to dpo@uni.lu. We do not keep your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes stated above.

Liability and Insurance
The Organisers will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event. The participants are recommended to arrange their personal travel and health insurance.

Applicable Laws and Competence
If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the Luxembourg's juridiction.
